Below is the current fee schedule for MedSurg Weight Loss. Please note that we are a private clinic and do not offer bulk billing or discounts to concession/health care/pension card holders, or DVA patients. Medicare rebates are available in accordance with our fees.
Patients being managed under a GP Management Plan (item 721) and Team Care Arrangements (item 723) are eligible for Medicare rebates of $60.35.
If you have private health cover, you may receive a rebate from your health fund, depending on your level of cover. You are unable to claim both Medicare and Private Health.
Patients with a Mental Health Treatment Plan or an Eating Disorder Management Plan may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of approximately $96.65.

In order to provide high quality service to all clients, we ask for your cooperation with scheduling appointments. If, for some reason you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice, to avoid incurring a fee as per below. This policy still applies after hours.
Please be aware that if you cancel on the day, or do not show to your appointment, you will be billed the full fee for the appointment.
Payments made using credit or debit cards will incur a surcharge depending on card type used.
